Description
For those situations where adhesion strength is critical, hot melt tape is a great solution. The adhesive material allows for a quicker and stronger bond upon initial contact and tape release from the roll is quiet and easy. The tape works well within a temperature range of 45 to 120 Degrees Fahrenheit and is excellent in humid conditions.
Tape consists of a bi-oriented polypropylene (BOPP) backing, with a hot melt synthetic rubber and resin adhesive. Some of the key features of Hot Melt grade tape are as follows;
