Hi everyone, Ricky Chu from Chu’s Packaging Supplies here. Two of our products that get commonly mixed up are shrink film and stretch film. I’m going to teach you the difference between the two. Stretch film is the roll that I have here. It’s used to wrap pallets and secure shipments. Shrink film is the other roll that I have here.
It’s used to wrap individual items, more commonly in the retail industry. After the product is put into the shrink film. It’s cut sealed and heated so it shrinks and forms around the product.
